Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide patient care, services and goods are:

• Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

We keep accurate, proportionate records in order to:

• Provide a high-quality service
• Comply with all legal requirements

All records are made and held in accordance with the principles of the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We keep records for the period specified in the procedure below:

• Personal contact information - 7 years after your last appointment
• Records relating to your treatments - 7 years after your last appointment

In the case of clients aged under 18, we keep records until at least their 26th birthday.
